Panch Tatva Santulan

The science of understanding and restoring elemental balance — the five elements that govern every aspect of your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

The Five Elements

According to Vedic science, the entire creation — including the human body — is composed of five fundamental elements: Earth (Prithvi), Water (Jal), Fire (Agni), Air (Vayu), and Space (Akash).

When these elements are in their natural proportion and quality, health, vitality, and inner peace naturally arise. When they fall out of balance — through excess, deficiency, or impurity — recurring patterns of discomfort, disease, and dissatisfaction emerge.

Panch Tatva Santulan is the systematic method for assessing, understanding, and restoring this elemental balance.

Three Forms of Imbalance

Understanding the Root Cause

01

Excess (Adhikya)

When an element accumulates beyond its natural proportion, creating heaviness and stagnation.

02

Deficiency (Nyunata)

When an element is depleted, leading to weakness, dryness, or lack of vitality.

03

Impurity (Assudhi)

Impurity or disturbance in the quality of an element, disrupting its natural function.

The Response

Detox · Nourish · Align

Detox

Systematic cleansing of accumulated excess and impurities from the elemental channels, restoring clarity and lightness.

Nourish

Targeted replenishment of depleted elements through sattvic food, herbs, practices, and lifestyle adjustments.

Align

Harmonising the rhythm and proportion of all five elements, establishing a sustainable state of balance.
